1. Ear impressions are taken
The process starts with an ear impression or digital scan. This captures the exact shape of your ear, so the final earplug can be made to fit you personally.
2. The right product is selected
Not every situation needs the same earplug. Based on how you use them — work, music, sleep, swimming or communication — the right model, material and filter can be chosen.
3. The earplug is custom-made
Your impression is used to create an earplug that follows the shape of your ear. This makes the fit more secure and comfortable than standard disposable earplugs.
4. Filters and details are added
Depending on the model, filters, colors, handles or other details are added. This helps the earplug match the way it will be used every day.

5. Each earplug is finished carefully
After production, the earplugs are finished and checked. Edges, fit and details are refined so the product feels smooth and comfortable in the ear.
6. Ready for daily use
Once finished, the earplugs are ready to use. They are made to reduce harmful noise while keeping comfort, clarity and protection in balance.
Why the process matters
A good earplug is not just about blocking sound. It is about the right fit, the right material and the right protection for your situation. That is why every NP-ONE earplug is made around the person who will wear it.
